1nce again we're back as a part of the Portland Institute of Contemporary Art - Time Based Art Festival [TBA:16]. 

Brought to you by XRAY FM the all ages event will feature performances Portland producer Trox, Oakland transplant, NW Emcee Brookfield Duece, regular contributor to the WTTN radio show Matty and closing out the evening evening DJ/Producer/MC Ohmega Watts.
